Rawn Brown – April Alloy Coach of the Month

We are proud to recognize one of our exceptional coaches who epitomized what it means to be a rock star Alloy coach.

Meet Rawn Brown from Platinum Fitness in Orange, New Jersey:

What does the Alloy culture mean to you?
Family. The Alloy culture at our club has grown into a family – a group of people who are committed to each other and dedicated to the program! I love the camaraderie that we’ve built together. I expect a lot from the team and they expect a lot from me!

Favorite exercise?

Sandbag cleans with a squat

Least favorite exercise?

Deadbugs

What do you do when you’re not whipping people into shape?

Focus on building my client list and staying fit

Who do you look up to & why?

A client of mine, Harry Kleinman – he turned 70 recently and he’s a s strong as a bull! I want to be him when I grow up!

Guilty Indulgence?

Waffles and pancakes. Stacks and stacks

If you were a superhero who would it be & why?

Superman! I’m pretty fit and strong for a guy my age or any age. For a breast cancer fundraiser, I did 100 full range push-ups in 60 seconds

Your secret to success?

Wanting to be the best, staying consistent, delivering an “experience,” and always giving my everything
