Meet the Alloy July 2017 Coach of the Month: Stacey Ledgerwood from The Alaska Club!

What does the Alloy culture mean to you? 
Encouraging, Motivating, Accountable, Functional and Intentional training with friends

Favorite exercise?
Kettlebell Swing

Least favorite exercise?
Swimming

What do you do when you’re not whipping people into shape?
Play outside (hike, bike, run, garden)

Who do you look up to & why?
My grandma. At 80 years old, she is active in tennis, pickleball and golf. She maintains a 10 acre RV Park on her own.

Guilty Indulgence?
Ice cream with fruit pie

If you were a superhero who would it be & why?
Wonder Woman! In 5th grade, my grandma made the costume for me for Halloween.

You secret to success?
I consistently challenge myself to new skills, I always have a goal (short and long term). And, my cooking and eating habits.
