What does the Alloy culture mean to you? 

It’s a great way to become stronger through the encouragement and motivation of others – and you have fun while doing it!

Favorite exercise? 

Anything working my abs

Least favorite exercise? 

Mountain climbers

What do you do when you’re not whipping people into shape?

Spend time with my husband and three girls

Who do you look up to & why?

My group fitness director Megan DeGuire, because if it wasn’t for her pushing me out of my comfort zone, I wouldn’t be doing what I’m doing today. Because of her, I am a stronger and healthier person who loves helping others get stronger and healthier.

What does the Alloy culture mean to you? 

It’s all about the camaraderie. Each person has an individual journey they are embarking on and Alloy is there every step of the way. Through Facebook posts, coaches notes and even the clientele themselves – someone is always there and willing to help make someone else’s journey that much easier and enjoyable.

Favorite exercise? 

It’s a tie between Turkish Get Ups and Figure 8s!

Least favorite exercise? 

Bulgarian Split Squats forever and always!

What do you do when you’re not whipping people into shape?

Running my commercial and residential cleaning company Mer-Maids!

Who do you look up to & why?

I admire those who venture out and start their own businesses and aspire to have that type of confidence and fearless attitude!

Guilty Indulgence? 

Oreos

If you were a superhero who would it be & why? 

It’s a tie between Raven from Teen Titans and Piper from Charmed. Raven seriously is just bad a$$ and you’re crazy if you don’t want to be her! Piper isn’t a superhero but she is fiercely loyal and always stands up for what she believes.

Your secret to success? 

The only way to grow is to challenge yourself. If you don’t keep trying how are you supposed to succeed?

Performance theatre and adventure activities! 

Who do you look up to & why? 

Dax Derringer, because he started in a janitorial position with Gold’s Gym and became General Manager and now Lead Area Director of Sales. He started from the bottom and with passion and drive, worked his way up to the top – and now he pays it forward to others.

If you were a superhero who would it be & why? 

Thor. Starting of as a prince, he wasnt ready for leadership; but as he progressed through life, he realized that he needed humility, knowledge and experience. and that one must be able to lead with heart.

Your secret to success? 

Every morning, I wake up grateful for another day of the gift of life. Also, I meditate and listen to motivational videos to set the tone of the day. Have FUN and SMILE! I always strive to let my positive energy transfer to every person I encounter.
